1. Consultancy Role
RD Consultants provides education and visa consultancy services only. Final admission and visa decisions are made by universities and embassies respectively.
2. No Visa Guarantee
RD Consultants does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions depend solely on the respective embassy or immigration authority.
3. Information Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing true, complete, and accurate information. RD Consultants is not responsible for visa refusal due to false or incomplete data.
4. Fees & Payments
All consultancy and processing fees are non-refundable once services have started, unless stated otherwise in writing.
5. University Fees
Tuition fees, application fees, and deposits are paid directly to universities or authorized channels. RD Consultants is not responsible for changes in fee structure.
6. Document Responsibility
RD Consultants assists in document preparation but does not create or alter fake documents. Any forged documentation will result in immediate service termination.
7. Third-Party Services
RD Consultants may refer students to third-party services (language institutes, accommodation providers, etc.) and is not responsible for their actions.
8. Changes to Terms
RD Consultants reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
